The front spacers look hand cut. There were bulges and misshapen pieces everywhere. I ended up having to sand the edges but they still didn't fit the top panel. Bolt extensions were screwed in incorrectly. Two of them started twisting the threads and destroyed the first few inches of my new frames. One of them didn't stick at all. the thread was too big and could easily slip off and be removed. After hours of trying to fix manufacturer issues. In the end, I just had to abandon the idea of installing it and install new racks with original characteristics and height.
