So when I ordered it it didn't have any reviews yet so you never know what you're going to get. I was positively surprised. It seems to be a pretty good design as described. My only complaint is with the phone holder. When using an iPhone 12 Pro Max in a mount, this will cover the microphone. When you FaceTiming someone, the audio is cut off so they only get snippets. (We haven't tried it with an iPad yet, but I think it'll be fine.) So we replaced the included phone holder with a smaller one that attaches to the sides of the phone, and it works great. Also very satisfied with this.
