We bought 2 packs and one worked and the other one was broken. We're happy with a working charger, but are becoming more and more frustrated with issues with customer service trying to find a replacement for a faulty charger. Revain explained that we would need to contact the seller directly, which I did with an explanation and product description. For some reason they insist on a photo of the faulty charger, which wouldn't be a problem if the Revain email had an option to attach a photo. I think going back would be a lot easier.
