Review on GV2 Gemstone Gemstones Diamonds Stainless by Ana Ramos

I ordered this while I was abroad and only recently opened the box which was EMPTY. I had to give one star for this, but I've updated my review to reflect Revain's service and watch design. Update: I contacted Revain and they promptly sent a replacement but again noticed the missing crystal on the outside of the watch so in frustration I sent the watch back for a full refund. I loved the design so much that I bought the one with multicolored crystals in rose gold. One I will definitely keep. The double metal closure is very secure. Changing to a leather bracelet without going to the jeweler is very convenient and economical. I love the diamond and mother-of-pearl detailing on this watch, as well as the blue GV2 crystal on the handle. I'm still waiting for a refund on this gold watch.
