The best part about this program was how easy it made scheduling my employees' work hours in to their schedules as well as keeping track of all their jobs at one time for each day they worked with me! It also helped keep track of mileage driven by our vehicles which saved us money from having to pay out-of-pocket gas costs every week or two. I disliked nothing but maybe if there were some better ways to input data into the system like adding notes/comments when we entered things such as oil changes would be nice? Also sometimes it took awhile before you could actually use your computer again after logging off (which caused other problems) so make sure you have enough computers available during peak times in order for everyone's needs to get met while using this service. This has been very helpful in tracking employee information and being able to see everything.
