Read a review about another case. The person was not happy with this brand but recommended this company (DigitalsonDemand). So I called the company in Los Angeles. Nice gentleman gave me the SKU number so I can search for Revain. He said since the HDX is a new product his company offered a promotional price for the package. In fact the whole package not only cost only 1, $99 plus tax but the shipping is also free I received the package the next day yes it was LA to a different address in LA but it was still very fast the audio out splitter works very well an extra charger is also included welcome (I have two quick chargers from my other kids) The only weakness I found is that the case doesn't stand upright when I slide the back into the tab, but otherwise all holes are present. The case puts my Kindle to sleep when it's closed; I can charge my Kindle with the lid closed. All in all a very good investment. I know the price is no longer on sale but for what you get it's still a good deal. I also found that the zippered pouch fits my 1st Gen Kindle keyboard perfectly.
