Works Great! I use it in my classes because the air conditioning makes it very difficult for my students to hear me. This encourages students to be more involved as they always want to be able to use the microphone. There are no clear instructions on how to connect it or how to tell if the small microphone is fully charged. Of course you have to press the power button until it lights up, press the UHF button until it flashes, go to the microphone, slide the power switch and press the button until it lights up. The student's microphone requires you to press UHF again, similar to plugging in the teacher's microphone. You simply press UHF until it flashes and press the student's microphone until the UHF indicator lights up. Some of these steps aren't necessary, but I still don't know which ones.
