Adding to my previous review where I was delighted with the product. Last week a small pen fell out of the charging case and got stuck in the charging cable, preventing the device from charging and the headphones not working. I contacted MiFos customer service many times, one day they gave me the answer to clean the headphones which was absurd and showed that they didn't even read my complaint because the complaint had nothing to do with the headphones. It was between the charging cable in the charging box. I answered them and what did I get? Crickets I stretched again, what did I get? Grilling! I took to Twitter with #BoycottMiFos and my advice to anyone looking to buy these is to reverse the weather and buy a product that is genuinely endorsed by the company! My next stop will be the Better Business Bureau. I will not rest until either the warranty is honored, or the product is only five months old, or, conversely, the company goes bankrupt and all the company's employees lose their jobs. The time will show. I'll keep up with the feedback from my loyal fans!
