Bought to back up my laptop a bit in the library. The product looks great - clicks when latched, the 4-digit combo wheel is easy to install and easy to turn, the click bracket that you install in your laptop's security slot is relatively easy to install after spending a few minutes figuring out the pictogram instructions have and seems secure enough once installed. and does not dent the aluminum housing of the macbook. You install the laptop anchor to the laptop with the included small hex key, insert the anchor and tighten the small hex screw in the center of the anchor (which closes with a secure locking click when you lock it). However, a star was deducted for not being able to *remove* the anchor after opening the box and installing the anchor due to the hex bolt loosening a bit from only tightening it once with the supplied hex wrench. Now I have a short anchor that I can't get off. Ok for now I think, but if I ever need to take it off I'll have to drill out or cut through a hex so I can use a screwdriver. who knows, maybe it's such a lavash that it might deserve even less stars. that I can't remove.
