Settings are overwritten by firmware from time to time. I don't think this product is ready for market as there are issues. I have written to several email addresses listed on the product website but no one is responding. I think I figured out the problem when a user enters settings from a mobile device and then starts calculations: If PS (current value) equals SV (set values), then nothing happens. If PS (actual value) is greater than SV (set value), cooling is enabled regardless of the setting for "recooling temperature". When PS (current value is less than the set value), the heater is turned on regardless of the setting in the heating hysteresis temperature setting, so every time you enter the setting, the action is performed regardless of the content of the setting. The support does not want to understand this problem, so there is no support. DO NOT BUY!
