Review on TrueCABLE Cat6 Shielded Riser (CMR) Industrial Electrical by Greg Roberts

For what I paid for a 1000ft box, pretty darn good price. I've just installed a couple of Cisco Airnet 1852 POEs over the last few days, this cable pulled out of the box very well and was a good heavy duty shielded cable. A note: pay attention to the cable size. This is a 7.3mm O.D. cable and regular plugs will not work if they are the standard size. I used some of the shielded connectors I got from Revain for another project here at work a few years ago and they worked great with the right crimping tools. For some reason the spreader seemed huge to me. Every time I tried to line up the split green, the blue/white always wanted to overlap. I'm not a big fan of barbells anyway, but you can usually pull a little further with a spreader bar, clip it, and load it back a bit. This expander was a beast at twisted pair splitting. Be mindful of the mounting hardware you use and the appropriate connectors and you'll be fine.
