Great for practicing any spin technique

Received for Christmas and have used it at least twice a week since. If it's still working after a year, I'll give it a fifth star. Ideal for practicing spin techniques, round kicks, crescent kicks, punches or straight line techniques. Fits easily in the original Wave Master bag (red). This was a nice addition to my TKD training as it allowed me to practice the technique in a targeted manner without having a partner hold the target.
