First off, let me say that I love the Squish phone mounts. They were very comfortable and for the most part did a great job. So this is my third wireless charging Squish car holder. I had the first one for about a year or more, and one of the tightening rings broke. It has often worked loose, so I most likely overtightened it. So I bought another one that lasted a little over two years and probably would have lasted longer, but I sold my car and couldn't get the glue sucker off the glass. The dealer managed to get it off for me but it wouldn't stick to anything else so I searched and found this one to replace it. It has "sensors" on the sides to open it. I'm not a fan. In fact, I parked the car and then tried to take the phone out of the holder but it didn't move. I mean it's great that it's holding up so well, but for me personally it's such a problem. I usually turn off the car and pick up my phone when I leave. Old habits are hard to break. So I removed the mount from my old device and screwed it onto a new better suction cup arm and viola. Overall, they're worth the money, but I'm definitely not a fan of this new sensor magic to unlock my phone.
