I love this set so much! Came with everything you need. And most importantly, it really works! I saw a difference after just one week. (I'll try to post before and after when all is said and done.) You can get a feel for how it works and you don't need much solution to make it work. I usually spread it out to make sure it's evenly distributed. The blue light will turn off after 10 minutes, so just turn it back on if you leave it on for the full 30 minutes. The only downside for me is that for some reason while holding it I feel like I have to swallow the most, but I was able to control it. I suggest that you be sure to rinse the mouthpiece after removing it. Also, rinse your mouth and brush your teeth if possible. At least that's how I do it.
