The only complaint I might have is that they don't come in large sizes! My husband mistakenly bought me a 5/8 - if they had them for 3/4 I would go back for my true size but to be honest they are so pretty I am actually going to shrink my ears, to customize them! I never thought I would want to downsize them, but after getting them I had to! they are just too cute! 18 pairs for $30 is a bargain. specifically for stone gauges. To buy these in-store, they'll be closer to $180+, so you're definitely getting good value for your money. I compared them to some old 5/8s I had and they fit perfectly! So they are true to size, they all arrived in perfect condition and as an avid rock collector I have no doubt that they are genuine. As these are real gemstones they can vary slightly in appearance, which I personally like, but if you expect them to look exactly like the picture you should probably try to find stone themed acrylic materials instead. , or just love gems, this is a great choice. I'll try to update this review with some pics later (after sizing my ears to fit haha) but really, if you're considering buying them I say go for it. they are absolutely perfect
