I am not being paid for this review. I have used it twice so far, and it is wonderful. The written instructions were a little hard to understand, mostly because the numbers in parentheses were not shown on the diagrams. However, I figured it out and got it going. What I really like about it is that I don't have to touch the dirty water at all and that the spinner can wring out the mophead to the desired dryness. The first time I used it, I left it a little more moist. However, for the subsequent use I spinned it almost dry---floors were dry in less than 10 minutes. For this 65 year old with a bad back, this product is well worth the money! One thing to note---to place the mop head in the 'washer' and 'spinner' baskets, it must be perpendicular to the floor---just hold it on the floor and touch with your foot before putting in those areas. Also, if you will try to have the mop head perpendicular to the floor when you start to mop with it, it spins and does a better job!
