The user is right. USB ports not working.
There is a button in the middle that needs to be pressed to charge the USB ports...button pressed and...nothing. They sent a replacement. Then I'll update the review, but for now the non-working block. The replacement didn't work either... HOWEVER... this company went out of their way to fix the problem. The best customer service I've ever dealt with. I refused another replacement and they insisted they send me another model for free, no retractable cord but with USB ports and it works great. This will suit my needs.
