Very cute, but run small

I have 2 granddaughters. They wear size 7 and size 9. I bought the size 8-9 and that actually fit my younger granddaughter that wears 7. I had to exchange the smaller pair for a 10-11, which worked well for my older girl who wears 9. They are super cute and comfy . and stay on the girls' feet very well.
