These goggles are not safety rated but are perfect for protecting your eyes from dust when sanding. The tightness around the eyes is certainly not perfect, but good enough to keep most of the dust out, and glasses don't protect my eyes from dust anyway. They would also be great if I ever wanted to be a Halloween pilot. Also, I'm sure they will be good enough for motorcycling, I mean most people just wear sunglasses and I don't see any of them with missing eyes or anything.
