Review on MINGER Dimmable Multi Color Changing LED Bulb, Equivalent and SEO-Optimized by Carlos Abood

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Lots of fun: LED bulbs

I bought some other cheap 3w color changing bulbs here (you know the ping pong ball sized ones) and I really like them, other than that they're unitaskers . The "White" setting is useless for general lighting. This MINGER lightbulb actually works like a regular (and nicely adjustable) lightbulb while providing the multicolored experience this hippie has come to know and love. I hate giving only 4 stars because while I'm 100% happy with the bulb itself, the app leaves a lot to be desired. I would like to have better control over the sliders. Sure, it can display billions of colors, but selecting it with a tiny slider is like trying to pick up frozen peas with boxing gloves. There isn't much fine control there, just glide and hope you land on the color you like. And I want to be able to adjust the speed of the mode in which it cycles through different colors. Setting it to turn on automatically when my alarm goes off is a nice touch, and I get up much earlier in the morning now, thanks in large part to the grumpy and colorful language of 5:30 AM Me. Bottom line: I will definitely buy more of these. I am very happy with their work for the price and would recommend them to anyone. It's the app's limitations that prevent me from giving the full 5 stars. My main complaint is that the $11 bulb doesn't have the full functionality of $50 bulbs and up, but a few software tweaks to the app can completely fix this issue. When someone asks me which color-changing lightbulb to buy, I point my finger at MINGER (sorry, had to).
