This bag is perfect! My cat lives exclusively in the house, but always goes outside curiously. We knew she would love to go for a walk just to see what's there. She's quite a big cat, so I wanted to find not only a bag with good ventilation, but also one that would be comfortable for her. Enter this bag! It has enough space to feel good and the closed bag has good ventilation. The extra buckles on the zip openings give me security - just in case she gets the bright idea to unzip and also in case she slips. It's also comfortable enough for cycling! The extra tunnel on the back of the bag is also great! She liked it when I lowered the bag and opened the back tunnel so she could explore a bit more. Almost reminded me of a tiny Catio! The design of the bag is top notch. There's a nice padded strap inside if you want to keep the top zip open and attach the strap to the straps which seem pretty sturdy although I haven't used them in that capacity. Plastic windows are nice and thick, and the holes in them allow for good airflow. The zippered shielded top case feels very durable and works well for extra airflow. Finally, the rear retractable area is not only durable but also easy to open and close as it works in a way like a pop up tent. This makes it easier to give food or water to a cat during a long walk or a small dog. Then the question arises, does the cat like it or not? I left this seat open and my cat just loves to jump in and take a nap. She is not afraid of him like a normal pet carrier. She seems to love it! All in all, buying this bag was one of the best decisions I could have made. You will not be disappointed.
