It was very easy to connect to my phone. Can switch between grams and pounds. I love how you can track not only your weight but also your BMI, muscle mass, body water and more! This gives a more holistic approach to your health than just focusing on your weight. However, if you just want to keep track of your weight, you have the option to do so and it works just like a regular scale. I love how I can add different family members under one account and everyone can track their progress. This scale gives me more confidence that I can control my health.
