I often have downtime not coming home so I bought this to avoid sleeping in the car. It takes off the edge. But that's not a good thing. The build quality is pretty bad. I've already destroyed one of the connectors inside the product and now I'm dealing with a huge bubble that won't collapse. I don't know about other cars, but on my Subaru it doesn't fit behind the center console when inflated. I've used it a total of 10 times and it's already let me down. The walls are very thin, and the piece that was supposed to fill the gap in the seat has already popped out of an unknown poking device. In a pinch, of course, it's decent. Lower the seats to level the rear seat, then install it. But in the long run, try to find one that's made for your car.
