I bought this comforter on a whim after a long search for the perfect comforter to satisfy my husband's "please don't make our bedroom girly" pleas and my desire to make everything cozy . I immediately liked the quality, color and ease of use. The stripes are a bit wider than expected, but I like them better that way. The fabric is soft and combined with the weight of our duvet, the weight is PERFECT. We keep our house relatively cool at night and often struggle with overheating, but it hasn't affected us at all. It's cozy, it's soft, we like it. I don't know how we used to sleep without it. On the other hand we have 2 very large dogs who love to fool around and lie all over the bed and have been doing this for 3 months without a single crack or problem. Easily machine washable to clean beats dog drama. I can absolutely recommend it and buy it again.
