The product is very user friendly and can be easily integrated into any website or application. It has a great set of tools for marketing automation and reporting. I like how it allows you to customize your experience based on where you're coming from (source). Sometimes it takes time to get used to the interface but once you do, everything comes together. The support team is also extremely helpful and prompt in responding to questions and issues. I have been able to automate many tasks which previously required manual intervention.
