I like that it's easy for me as an employee of such large corporation (that has more than 10k employees)to get my problem solved by their support team with out having any issues or problems at all! It helps us be able solve our own technical issue without going through multiple departments before getting help which is very important when you are working within this type environment where there can always something coming up so being prepared makes your job much easier!! Nothing really dislike about pro tech systems except maybe they could have some better customer service if needed but overall everything was fine nothing bad said just wanted them to improve upon what i've read here online.
