Even though they have lot of functionalities but still not having enough documentation regarding this product which makes any new user feel difficult in using it. It's very easy solution to connect our customer with us from anywhere anytime because we provide them an option to call through there website or app as well. We also have used their feature called chat integration where you can integrate into your application and give live support to customers.
