This product is good quality and someone thought it out in the design process. The clear front cover is nice to see inside out having to break the seal. Latched, the cover and back meet with a big water tight gasket. Other very nice touches are, back plane to screw interior parts to, included stand offs, and the included glands. These are as solid as any other weighted rope you'd could by. Why would you buy these over another?It's basically a BOGO deal! Two ropes equals twice the fun. But really, having an extra rope can be useful. It's not like they take up any space. This was absolutely the best experience I have had with re-gripping clubs. The trick is in proper preparation. Thoroughly cleaning off the old grip tape is the single hardest and most time-consuming part of the task. (I used brake cleaner and shop towels and wiped it all away, as I had10 clubs with graphite shafts that needed new grips and scraping just wasn't going to be an option). Bought this after seeing a friend with a similar product. Doing a lot of activity outside in the cold, but not wanting to keep track of the disposable hand warmers, I wanted something a bit more "cute" and effective. This was it! It heats up quickly and the fact that I can also use it as a charger for my phone is great.
