For the price, this was a good deal.The hardest part of replacing grips was taking off the old ones.If you follow the directions and use plenty of solvent spray, the new grips go right on and stuck in place with ease.Can't wait to try them out tomorrow.I got the black and white grips. I did notice a bit of fading of the white paint already. I figure it will disappear with use, but don't really care how they look. No one will pay much attention to my old clubs.

I bought these because I was going to try my hand at re-gripping my clubs myself. Package came quickly, and was packaged in a resealable bag. This was absolutely the best experience I have had with re-gripping clubs. The trick is in proper preparation. Thoroughly cleaning off the old grip tape is the single hardest and most time-consuming part of the task. (I used brake cleaner and shop towels and wiped it all away, as I had10 clubs with graphite shafts that needed new grips and scraping just wasn't going to be an option). I had never replaced grips and this kit had everything I needed with an informative video to explain the process from start to finish. The knife tool worked well for removing the old grips and I used a household solvent to remove the old tape before installing the new grips. This was the most tedious and messiest part of the replacement. I was worried that I would run out of the included solution but I didn't and had plenty left after using it liberally on each grip install. It took me about 10

My clubs had lived in a bin in my motorhome for a couple years while i dealt with a couple health problems. That is all behind me now so it's time to play. Storage had dried out the grips. I found these SPALIZE grips and decided to give it a try. I screwed up the first one by not using enough solvent on the install. They were for some older clubs I wanted to try out, so I didn't want to spend a ton of money on expensive grips. Very happy with the grips for the money. Not super grippy but way better than the old grips that were on the clubs.

This is an amended review. The grips are great, but when i used the solvent and the supplied double-sided tape with another Saplize grip, a putter grip, the solvent never set. Turns out you need to use several layers of tape on a putter. I have since installed 2 of the swing grips in this kit, and re-installed the putter with 3 layers of tape, and everything went well. Great value for the money. However, a few things I thought were less than impressive. First of all after 30 years of golfing this was my first regrip attempt. All in all went reasonably well. The grips were small and extremely hard to get started and push on fully. I am pretty strong and the first few were very hard to push on fully. At first I was worried they were too small to go on the shaft, but the instructions were easy to follow, tape easy to install, and solvent spray bottle all comes with the kit. Perfect solution for an old set of irons to get a friend started in this awesome and frustrating game.

After playing 4 rounds of golf I'm liking the grips. They don't have the most texture, but I only had them twist in my hands when in deep rough. They were easy to install and I used paint thinner with their tape instead of buying the grip lube.

Loved how easy it was to put them on. The only issue I had is that the bottom hole did not fit over the top of my shaft, so I just cut a tiny slit in the side to make it fit. Otherwise, they went on seamlessly, I've played with them twice and gone to the range once and have had no issues at all. Really like the rubber grip, especially on hot days in the summer.

Look, golf grips are a matter of preference. Bought these more for the price than anything else. They were easy to install, provided you know the process. I like their feel and after 2 rounds, yea it’s a little cold this time of year, but they were as good as anything else I have used. They are keepers for the season! Cheers

The grips come in a variety of color combinations and come with a complete installation kit. They are a good value for the money. The grips do not feel as solid (thick) as the better-known brand or the manufacturer's OEM grips. Having played only a few rounds with them, I cannot comment on their durability. However, I am satisfied with the purchase.
