These are as solid as any other weighted rope you'd could by. Why would you buy these over another?It's basically a BOGO deal! Two ropes equals twice the fun. But really, having an extra rope can be useful. It's not like they take up any space. You might want to jump with your partner, or you've got kids, or you're a beast and break one somehow.I jump regularly, and I'm totally satisfied with this purchase.
