The idea behind this wire is great, it's practical and seems like everyone should have this wire! However, after about 2 months of using the cable, it stopped working normally. The main cable connecting the USB-C and the flash heads is loose and not staying in properly. When the cable is connected to my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, the charging time is 3 to 4 hours even if the battery is about 40% charged. I bought 3 of these cables and they all show the same problem. I have contacted Spigen about the issue as Revain's return time has expired but they are slow to respond and ask for a lot of information which seems like they just want to bother you so you get frustrated and drop the issue. Such a shame. I wish I could give negative feedback.
