I have a 30' Thor 28Z Motorhome 2014 Class C. It fits perfectly! It's sturdier than my old, less fancy solid gray tarp I used on my camper. The ventilation is good. The colors are pleasant. I don't know how it will hold up, but if it's as durable as the cheaper version, it'll do really well in the Portland, Oregon weather. My last ADCO died with a few wind cracks after about 3 years but was still effective. You must remember to consider the cost versus the years of life. I think the cost of this is worth it not paying $100 a month for indoor storage (you may not have an alternative - I see). But if I can get 3 years of it - with a few tape fixes here and there (stairs, gutters) - it'll cost about $120 a year. I don't need tires as this one fits perfectly on the ground without hitting the ground. My Thor is 10ft 10" (10ft 10") tall at the AC unit. Straps on the front and back ensure a snug fit, and the bottom straps snap well.
