Exact replacement for QIDI I-Mate
Exact replacement for QIDI I-Mate. The PTFE tubes fit the nozzle just like the originals and you don't even have to re-level the layer. Screw in a new nozzle, tighten with a wrench, heat to 240 and tighten slightly with a wrench. Don't overtighten. Don't pay too much for special QIDI tips. The 0.8 nozzle is really good for PETG when the smallest printed dot is at least 0.8mm. With a large nozzle, you won't get smudges and other common PETG problems. 1mm is too big to stay warm with so much plastic going through it, but 0.8 is great.
