I absolutely love it. Comfortable to walk in and just for those who also had trouble with the shoe hitting the back of the ankle scratches you can adjust it I had to bend them back and it actually helped a lot and they don't scratch my ankles anymore and also get it a half size bigger because it helps them not scratch your knuckles, the reason why Shoes scratch your ankles is how they were made, I showed them in the photos, I was able to bend the real part of the buckle so now they don't have much flex on my ankle which is the only problem I had but it has been fixed and the color is perfect for the outfit I need it for and I love the suede and the chunky heel makes it easy to walk in. Ps - I also added bandages to the back of my ankle as someone suggested in this review, but now that I've fixed the back I don't really need them because they no longer chafe on my ankles, just for extra cushioning you might try that too
