Review on Hubbell Raco 1218 5 Insulated Grounding Threaded by Loren Schmidt

I have replaced the load center in my house with a new square D plate, but the metal wire from the meter to the plate is no longer compliant if the wire is not "properly grounded" by removing the hub nut from the service line and replacing it with this hub connected to the ground/neutral bus with solid #4 copper, I successfully retested.
