I purchased this material to line a 9 inch wide box. be just right in one dimension. I'm not usually that lucky. When I opened the package two things happened: 1) My olfactory senses were assaulted by the overpowering aroma of the gassing foam. He is strong. Get that in time and let it air out in the garage or shed or whatever, outside if you can. Surprise when the 9" width of this foam didn't fully fit in the 9" box I was planning to use it for. I measured it again to make sure I wasn't going crazy; Of course, the box is still 9 inches in diameter. This foam is actually 8-7/8" x 11-7/8". Disappointing because due to inaccurate dimensions in the description I am not getting the expected output As a strong foam I think once it dries out a bit it will do a great job of making a cut out cardboard liner.
