Faulty bolts lead to leakage

I purchased this replacement hardware for my Automotive exhaust manifold and it was a total letdown. Despite following the instructions to a tee, the bolts proceeded to wear down and eventually led to a leak in my exhaust pipe, costing me even more money and time..
