Review on NiArt Transfer Luminous Noctilucent Decoration by Kelly Caballes

The colors were very bright and very easy to weed. The only real problem I had was that the translucent paper wasn't sticky enough, so the HTV part shifted and I had to fix it before pressing it against the shirt. Also, some sheets were thicker than others. For example, when using white "glow in the dark" paper, I had to put parchment paper on top of the clear because it made it almost sticky. The finished product was great, but it took a little longer since the foils weren't sticky.
