My item arrived and broke in half. I sent it back and they sent me a new one. That's great service. I just hope this one doesn't break

I bought one but it didn't work properly - the tape came off every time I tried to make corrections. I thought it was defective, so I immediately ordered another one. Not sure what's going on. This is the same tear tape I used before. I checked the machine and no problems were found.

As with any typewriter, mistakes are often made and need to be fixed. The computer is perfect for me, but sometimes the computer just doesn't do what I want it to do. This is where the typewriter and recovered tape come in. These items are getting harder and harder to find so I usually buy more than one when I buy them. Seems to work but you need to match the Smith Corona Correction Tape to the Smith Corona Print Ribbon. I found that a 21000 type tape would work on its own, but you couldn't get another vendor's correction tape that would fit the Smith Corona. I was unable to fit the tape over another vendor's correction tape.

My 89-year-old mom still uses a typewriter. She will not receive a computer and will not use a computer. She must have a supply of tape and correction tapes with her. Thank goodness you still deliver the one that uses your typewriter. Many Thanks.

I've found the Type 21000 tape to work on its own, but you can't get another seller's correction tape that fits the Smith Corona. I was unable to fit the tape over another vendor's correction tape.
