To be honest, the $15 8-inch wheel seemed like a crazy deal to me when I bought it. A matching water bottle, feeding bowl, toothbrush and nail care kit were also provided. Being on a tight budget I decided to buy it and hope for the best. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that everything was in the box and nothing was broken. Admittedly I don't think I would use a toothbrush or nail kit but the food bowl is great for water and the bottle is great for my mouse. The bike is very durable to be honest, but it came disassembled and with no instructions. I had to ask my brother to help me figure it out. However, once assembled it looks like it will work fine. Unfortunately, for it to be completely silent it has to be tightened to a point where I'm not sure the weight of a small hamster will move it. I loosened it up for my gnome robot and the pucks hit the plastic a bit when running. So keep that in mind when purchasing. I don't mind as I have four aquariums in my bedroom plus two leopard geckos and a mouse so any extra noise from the bubbles is easily drowned out, but if you're looking for something quieter I'd suggest investing in something a bit expensive.
