Review on 🔧 Minka-Aire F896-65-BNW Xtreme H2O 65 Inch Outdoor Ceiling Fan: Brushed Nickel Wet Finish, DC Motor - Ideal for Outdoor Spaces by Mary Campbell

This fan is the cheapest fan I have ever bought. The motor assembly did not match the fan housing. I called support (it was a good experience) and they suggested taking the fan apart and checking the screws on the top of the case to make sure they were tight. I did this and they were, but I noticed the hull itself wasn't straight. The top of the case is pressed and indented, mine was not fully indented. In the interests of completing the project, I pushed the top of the case down to keep it level. Next the screws to mount the fan blades, they don't quite fit, only 6, 3 fit, 3 don't. For the other 3 I had to make my own threads. Finally, the harness cover that attaches to the bottom bar and ceiling is about the thickness of a beer can. So be very careful when installing it as it may warp. and do not align them with the screw holes. Overall this is a beautiful fan, but for over $400 I expected a lot more.
