Review on 📷 Manfrotto MH804-3W 3-Way Head with Two Extra Quick Release Plates for RC2 Rapid Connect Adapter by Eh Shee Lay ᠌

I am a professional interior photographer. I bought a manfrotto tripod with this head in the Bright photo market. I bought in a hurry without studying reviews, etc. for which he paid. The expression "expensive means high quality" in this case does not work. There are no objective reviews about this head, there are only rave reviews about how reliable it is. So, on the very first day of use, I felt all its worthlessness, this head is absolutely not suitable for photographers (it seems that it was developed by people who are far from photography). The handles are comfortable to grip and take up little space, but what's the use of them if you can't figure out how much effort you need to twist. You clamp it hard, but the camera still tilts, you clamp it even harder, but it still does not hold its position. Each time you have to clamp the handles right up to a triple squeak, and here you need not to pinch, because the thread is not metal and you can rip it off. It will not work to replace the battery in cameras with a lower battery compartment, the cover will rest against this head, and you constantly had to make unnecessary movements to remove and install the camera. This head has a vertical lift restriction, because of this, in order to shoot some scenes, you need to unscrew the platform and put the camera in reverse. The counterbalance spring does not perform its function and only complicated the design, which is why this head failed after 3 months of use (backlash in the connection) - as it turned out later, this is a weak point. I took it to Bright under warranty, sent it to a service center (and it is in Hong Kong). Repaired it for 6 months! They brought it, did it, but this backlash appeared after a week of use. He took it back under the guarantee . And the guarantee is 10 years))))) Is the manufacturer sure of it or is he counting on the fact that people will simply stop applying for a guarantee? After the next repair, they offered to repair it on their own in the future, it’s easy there, they say. I highly do not recommend!
