The shoe appears to be of reasonable quality but as the supplier sent me the wrong size twice I can't comment on the performance of the shoe.

- The carbon composite outsole provides excellent power transfer, ensuring maximum energy is transferred from your feet to the pedals with every stroke.
Cons
- May not offer enough flexibility in the forefoot
