I don't use anything else

I've been smoking for 25 years and have been using it since I came across it over ten years ago. I've never had tooth decay, I've never used a whitening system (but I get compliments on my white teeth all the time). For best results, I use it with an electronic toothbrush and then gargle with peroxide. (I finally quit smoking and I still do, and my teeth are whiter than ever.)
