The first one I ordered was a little big even though I used the size chart. The second one I just received was used. he had white dog hair around his collar and around his legs. you could also smell that it was being washed. I'm not a picky person. but if I order a "NEW" product, I expect a new product. Not used. They didn't even try to clean it up anymore. that annoyed me.
