Seems to work fine, I use three of these. The only thing you really need to pay attention to is that it also transmits HDMI audio, which is cool if you want audio over HDMI. If you still want to use a regular sound card, be sure to disable the audio portion in Device Manager or you'll end up with HDMI audio by default. Simply changing the audio source from HDMI Audio back works until you unplug and plug this little guy back in. At this point it will usually reset to the default setting. It took me a few times to figure it out for one of our folks here in the office. Also, it works well, even on USB 2.0!
