I received my monitor and was immediately happy to use it. When taking online courses, having two screens is much better for learning purposes. After using the monitor maybe 4 times I now have a screen that flashes green blue red but no longer connects to my laptop. I've disconnected all cables, reconnected, rearranged, connected all sorts of variables, and it just refuses to work. It's unfortunate that we spent so much money on an unreliable product. Hope others have better luck.
