Works but beeps.
I've had the device for about 9 months now. It works great and is handy for powering the top of my desk. I heard a faint high pitched beep in my office recently and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I finally heard it came from this device. I can't understand why. Maybe it's the circuitry that powers the USB? It is strange. I may need to get rid of it as it keeps beeping. I reset the power supply with no change.
