This paper towel holder is as described. It looks great on the counter, but I did have to put a silicone pad under it, to keep it from sliding around on the counter. I had purchased the chair caps recommended by another reviewer (Shepherd Hardware 9113 Leg Tips 3/4-Inch Plastic Leg Chair Caps, 4-Pack, Black), but they slid on the counter and fell off whenever the holder was moved. Frankly, they became an irritation. I would suggest either putting adhesive furniture discs on the round feet (not easy to do, nor really attractive), or putting something under the holder to keep it from sliding and scratching the counter.Overall, I am pleased with the purchase.
