I liked how open they were to any suggestion, so if you came to them with something else that's not listed but was more related or even like-minded as what we wanted then also, they will do it! It was really cool because of this openness since i live overseas (Australia)I cannot go to their office for meetings etc., it would be very costly. Great work overall though- definitely worth hiring these guys! We used them specifically at our food startup where their team worked hard & knew everything about social media - which means so much when starting anything new. I enjoyed working with them because they are very professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. They always made sure that we were heard and understood what was being discussed when it came to our accounts. I have no complaints about their services but if you want someone who will listen and work hard for your business then this team of professionals should be at the top of your list!
